This is Zenki here.  I thought it would be fun to see
how fast it would take to port the WinGLK build to Linux.

Pretty fast: A total of ~ 10 minutes, and most of that time
was spend cleaning a few Windowisms in the code.

Oh yeah, and I was a bit negligent regarding contacts.

BUILD DETAILS:

This was built on a RedHat 6.0 machine.
- The GlkTerm library by Andrew Plotkin was statically linked in.

Working on a patch file so people can download the original source
distribution, apply the patch, then rock and roll.
