Author Statement: Marie Waits' is a sequence of scenes that take place towards the end of the story started in 'Pre-Marie' (IntroComp 2020). The main story will be told in 'Marie', coming soonish - the other two games are (or are being) made in Adventuron, but PunyInform felt right for this piece.
