Unpacking the sample disk:

	uudecode < Samp.1.uu
	uudecode < Samp.2.uu
	uncompress Samp.[12]
	cat Samp.[12] > Samp.disk
	chmod -w Samp.disk		# write-protect the disk

run the emulator:

	./a2

interrupt with ~, and insert the sample disk

>>> insert Samp.disk
>>> c

Then type 6 ctrl-P to boot the sample disk from the monitor.
