Online help and interface text in English language

Installation:
1. Copy ENGLISH.LSI and THL11_GB.DLL to your installation directory
2. Copy THL11_GB.HLP to your THL help directory

Now you can select a new language in the options menu

Important notice!

The THL executables and THL hint files can be found at i.f. archive:
ftp.gmd.de/if-archive/

The WWW adress and the FTP access named in the help file are not valid anymore
