The interpreter can be built on DOS/WIN using CygWin, DJGPP or Pacific C.

CygWin: use Makefile.cygwin

DjGPP: use Makefile.gpp

PacificC: use Arun.prj

Since the last two does not support long file names you will have to copy

	alan.version.c	to	av.c
	alan.version.h	to	av.h
