This is release V1.16 of ZEMU, the PDP-11 Z-Machine emulator. ZEMU.DOC holds the information required to get ZEMU running on your system. ZEMU.ENC, as delivered here, is a task that can be unpacked with COD.TSK. The resulting ZEMU.TSK can be installed on an M+ system with /PRV=YES/FMAP=YES for optimal installation. ZEMU will not run with privileges enabled, but will use them to access the game datafile before game begins. This means you can have the game files protected from user access. If the task is installed without privileges, it will work just fine anyway, but then the user running ZEMU needs to have read access to the game file. ZEMU will use fast mapping, if enabled. This increases performance.
