        Fixed a bug which caused InfoMenu to hang the system
        (YIKES!) when trying to access help topics across drives
        (e.g., when logged into C:\GAMES \INFOCOM and run with
        D:\INFOCOM\INFOMENU). When F1 was pressed, the system
        would hang.

      - Fixed *another* bug which caused InfoMenu to hang
        whenever it couldn't find its help file. (Sheesh!)

      - Added code to check for duplicate files. If InfoMenu
        found duplicate copies of a file (e.g., CURSES.DAT in
        the first Data Directory and again in the Second Data
        Directory), it would not only present two menu entries
        for CURSES but would mess up the menu display as well.
        Now all duplicate entries are stripped.

      - Changes to the help file text.

These are bugs which I know to exist, and which should (?) be
fixed soon.

 - The menu goes away when the close button is selected.

 - Cannot locate Config or Help Files if they are in the root
   directory.
