The original instructions.html document has been renamed to 
Aqua.html and there are several changes have been
made in the text of that document leaving it essentially the same
except for the noted changes at the top.


"Sploosh.inf" has been modified as follows:

Four (4) items from the old WaterElement.h have been added to the Sploosh
soruce file.
1. Water
2. Wine
3. Leaky Container
4. Sponge

The windows and charts can now be described and accessed.

All containers have been moved to the table.

There has been no major change made to WaterElement.h with
the exception of the following:

1. removing an #ENDIF statement
2. changing how Glulx is handled
3. moving the above 4 objects to the Sploosh source file.
