GEM DZIP 0.11 by Dosius.  This is a minor update to GEM DZIP 0.10, which
uses the File Open dialog to run a game if DZIP is run from the Desktop.
It also allows DZIP to run fairly well under FreeGEM/XM, and thus it may
run under GEM/2.  (I don't have GEM/2 yet.)

I'm still trying to find an answer to background coloring...until then I
will continue to kludge.  It works, though...but it's pretty ugly in XM.
No worry though - lots of newer programs (like GEMP3) have trouble under
XM.
