Complies with standard 0.2 for all games except V6 (graphic) games. Written by Stefan Jokisch in 1995-96. This program evolved from Mark Howell's Zip. Although the source code is completely re-written, one can still find traces of Zip. Frotz is freeware: It may be used and distributed freely provided no commercial profit is involved. (c) 1995, 1996 Stefan Jokisch. About the RiscOS port ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Frotz was ported to RiscOS by Musus Umbra in 1996-7. Actually, the first working port was finished at the start of December '96, but lacked all the bells and whistles. Consequently I immediately started work on version 2, an almost complete re-write of the initial port (which has been delayed somewhat by illness and other pressing matters). I would particulary like to thank Stefan for making Frotz so easy to port (the very first non-desktop 'just to see if it works' port took about 10 mintues :-) Contacting Stefan ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Stefan's e-mail address is jokisch@ls7.informatik.uni-dortmund.de, however, please don't send bug reports there when my front-end crashes - these errors are almost certainly *my* fault, so tell me about them!
