GTAC ==== Graphic Text Adventure Creator ======= ==== ========= ======= written by Andrea Gallo 1995 Andrea Gallo Please refer to the "UserManual" text file inside the !GTAC directory for instructions. The GTAC adventure development program is a new system that allows you create a complete playable adventure game without loosing the friendliness of the Acorn Desktop. ---------------------------------------------------- This is a SHAREWARE version. Basically, there are only two missing features, which are present in the Registered Version: the Variables Window is not available adventures cannot be "closed" The Variables Window is very useful during the debugging process. In fact, it lets you watch, inspect and modify every internal variable and flag. You should refer to the file "UserManual" for more explanations about variables and flags. Once you are sure that your adventure is finished, you can "close" it definetly so that no one can edit it with GTAC anymore and so no one can modify your own adventure or inspect it for solution. These two features are not present in this Shareware Version. If you register (see below), you will receive GTAC full version plus a binded 23-page A5 manual with full step-by-step tutorial. On the Registered GTAC disc you will also find several example adventures related to the tutorial, plus some sound samples ready for you to start with. ---------------------------------------------------- R E G I S T R A T I O N ======================= If you want to register, send a postal order or bank cheque for GBP 7 (SEVEN Great Britain Pounds) or Lit.15000 (QUINDICIMILA Italian Lire) made payable to: Mr Andrea Gallo 237, Viale Cortina d'Ampezzo 00135 Roma - ITALY This fee covers all disc, printing, binding, packaging and mailing costs plus a small incentive for me to support future developments. ---------------------------------------------------- If you have any comments, suggestions, bug reports or complaints, please write to: Mr Andrea Gallo 237, Viale Cortina d'Ampezzo 00135 Roma ITALY Tel/fax: +39 6 35 50 60 14 ----------------------------------------------------
