Cave Adventure, by Jazz Remington. Programmed using Inform 7. Release version: 1.0 Release date: July 18, 2007. Difficulty: Beginner Genre: Fantasy-Adventure ABOUT THE GAME Cave Adventure is a text-based fantasy/adventure game. The player is lost in the woods during a nature hike and must find his way out. PLAYING THE GAME To actually play the game, you need an interpreter that can read zblorb files. Just about any interactive fiction interpreter can do this, such as Frotz. Playing the game is easy: simply type in the commands you want to try. For example, if there is a bat in the room you can type "pick up bat" or "get bat." You can look at your inventory by typing "inventory" or "i". To move in a direction, you type the direction (north, south, east, west, etc.) or you can just type the first letter of the direction (n, s, e, w, etc.). The big thing to remember is to try everything and be sharp. GENERAL HINTS AND TIPS Since this is an adventure game, remember to try everything and look everywhere. Also, read everything. You might miss an important clue! INCLUDED FILES The following files should be included in this zip file: 1) CaveAdventure.zblorb and 2) readme.txt. Any zip file that does not contain these two files is to be considered incomplete. RELEASE INFO ------------ 1.0- First public release.
