FAST & SMALL Inform 386 5.5 (1502a)  (Port by John Holder)
This version of Inform 386 is a mere 283k (vs 402k) and in 
my tests, compiles Inform source code in about 75% of the
time it takes the old Inform 386 compiler.  It uses the
lastest version of DJGPP with all optimizations enabled.
